Reservation Information

The Maple Lodge is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation Policy: $12 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations!

———SUMMER/FALL/WINTER 

One night deposit is required at the time of the reservation.

All cabins reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days before your arrival date; just a $12 cancellation fee will applies.

Should you have to cancel with less than 14 days notice, check-out early or not show at all, please understand we must hold you responsible for the entire reservation. If we are able to re-book your room for the entire stay, a full or partial credit may be given for use at another time.

***HOLIDAYS & SCHOOL VACATION WEEKS require a 30 day* cancellation notice. (including but not limited to Laconia Motorcycle week June 10-18th , Nascar Race Weekends July 15 -17th, Highland Games Weekend Sept 16-18th) If we are able to re-book your room, a full or partial credit may be given for use at another time.

If you give less than 48 hours notice, if you shorten your stay or if you check out early, please understand we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we are able to re-book your room, a full or partial in house credit maybe given for use at another time.

***GROUPS OF 5 UNITS OR MORE MUST CALL to discuss details. Requires 45 days cancellation notice + Deposits & Possible additional fees.

CHECK- IN : Office Hours 3pm – 8pm (please call if arriving after 8pm) / Early Check in $25 per unit – must be prearranged
CHECK- OUT: 10:30 AM

Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy (not including tax), the # of guests must be updated to reflect all guests (all ages) beyond the allowed 1st two free children ages 0-12 (for the rooms that can appropriately accommodate them). Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods, holidays and special events.. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required for holidays and special events.

Pets: We have 2 designated Cabins & 1 designated Motel Room for pets.  A Pet Stay fee of $10/night per pet is applicable. If you are bringing your dog, be sure you selected the pet friendly room and have read our pet policy. You can read our pet policy in full by selecting “Pet Info” from our home page. ***A $250 fee will be charged for a pet being in a non-pet friendly room***

Smoking: A $250 fee will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking room.

Guests: are responsible for missing items and damages to the property that occurred during your stay. Your credit card will be charged for those damages and or you will be billed.
